Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

Returned with any original tags and packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at hello@pebblestudio.co. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns sent without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at hello@pebblestudio.co as soon as possible so we can make it right. For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.

If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must still be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
